Need advice before buying

I have a 2011 335i xdrive lowered on koni yellow/eibach setup

Im planning on buying a used set of forgestar f14

Front 19 x 8.5 offset 31 235/35/19 tire
Rear 19 x 10 offset 32 265/30/19 tire

Will these fit without any issue like rubbing?

Do i need fender work? I have no plan on doing any fender work.

Do i need a new set of lugs for these wheels?if so, what kind of lugs

Please let me know before i pick these up
Thanks

Check the APEX wheel section. When I did my research on wheel/tire size for my car, I noticed there were many discussions about what people had tried , what was recommended, what was discouraged and what fell into gray zones..

Ryan at Apex was really helpful too.

Not sure about the offsets of my my wheels, but I got same width and height and same tires. I'm lowered on ycw coilovers. And they fit no problems , no fender work. I ordered through **********s. Also they came with bolts that are a little tiny bit longer.

The rears will be a little tight on an LCI car. We have a little wider track and that leaves less room. A fender roll might be needed in the back, front should be good. Front is .8% bigger than the rear too, getting towards the top of what is considered ok.

why not go with a square setup so you can route the tires and reduce understeer?
