Very rough running E90
I have a 2009 335i with 97000 miles. I have only owned the car for the last 5000 or so miles so I am not sure what parts have been changed and which haven't. Last night when driving and trying to accelerate engine started to misfire and check engine light came on. I am running a FMIC and MHD stage 1+ tune. I pulled the codes off the MHD and I got 29CC (misfire several cylinders), 29DO ( misfire #4), 29D1 (misfire #5). I also have been getting shadow codes for of 2FCA and 2FDA which are high pressure fuel codes. I have a data log from a couple days ago when the car was running good, and I went for a short drive today after the misfire codes to get a data log.
I flashed back to the stock map this morning and the misfire and rough running/shuttering is still there. The exhaust smells extremely rich, like unburnt fuel. After the reflash to stock this morning I started the car and pulled the codes and now am getting 29DO (misfire #4) and 2AAF ( fuel pump plausibility). This is the log after the misfire, which is showing a pretty big difference in AFR from bank one to bank two. http://www.datazap.me/u/jeff91121/9-...ata=3-14-15-21 This is the log before the misfire codes http://www.datazap.me/u/jeff91121/9-...og=0&data=3-21 Sorry for the long post. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks. Last edited by jeff_91121; 09-10-2017 at 10:34 AM.. Reason: added info |
