For those with e93s, how often do you do the maintenance to your roof?

there's a great sticky on bimmerfest that I reviewed today. I'm guessing most people, those that don't go on these forums, don't do anything and just hope for the best. But I figure since I just got a 2009, it's probably never been maintained properly. I'm not sure if the dealer does anything with the top in terms of maintenance during a service. And yes, I'm sure the answers to this question will be dependent on how often the top is put up and down. I'm in Chicago, so during the summer, all 3 days of it, we do it a lot...

I usually do a full cleaning/lubrication of all seals and bushings twice to three times a year in the summer season. I have no leaks or creaks.

Thanks. Ordered all the grease and oils. I'll give it a shot this week.

E93 Roof Diy

'08 E93. At least twice yearly i maneuver the roof in various positions and lubricate all moving parts with Wurth HHS spray. I also treat all rubber seals with Zymol. Lastly a variety of parts receive a shot of silicone spray.
I have only one tiny leak where the roof meets the passenger front window.
Of course it does not rain much where I live in Texas and my heart and financial
contributions goes to those Texans afflicted by that S.O.B Harvey:

I got my HHS spray today in the mail. I've gone through the sticky on bimmerfest a few times so I will start lubing up tomorrow! My roof seems to run great but can't hurt to grease it up. The sticky says to use 3 in 1 oil on a few of the parts instead of the HHS.
