I did a thing... got a big wing and a front splitter

I've never been the type to only do oem mods and try to look stock, kinda of always done "risky" mods, some mught like it some don't just wanted to share and get your thoughts, good or bad.
This is inky the begging tho
Kinda like this track inspired look(I don't track it but I take it to the canyons a lot...)
But hopefully the next mods are an M4 style from bumoer also with a splitter, Mtec rear with 335 diffuser and custom track style metal diffuser under it, and an M3 liberty walk widebody
Sith a gtr (no relation to nissan gtr) style hood
Again this isn't supposed to be a lightly modified car in the future, most things are stock right now but I think the wing and splitter compliment eachother pretty well

Good look. I actually don't mind the wing and splitter on these cars. I can appreciate a dtm look

Those are the finishing details
I'll get the trim painted gloss black when i do the roof too, and the new front bumper doesn't have reflectors

Putting aggressive mods on an otherwise stock car makes the car look off-balance. What I've found is a better way is to gradually increase the aggressiveness of the car over time - start with the smaller mods then work your way up. That way it doesn't look so... mismatched. It'll look good when your plan comes together, I just would've done the trim/hood/mirrors/bumper first.

I'd imagine it's only functional over 100mph, and upgrading your tires/suspension would be much more beneficial than some extra downforce

Well whos to say I haven't reached those speeds...
But on the real I already have m sport suspension and some pretty wide nittos in the back, not track tires but decent all season performance tires
And maybe its just my butt dyno but I'ce actually noticed a difference in daily driving with the wing, just stoping in general seems easier with less stress on my breaks bc they're kinda warped and shake under pressure but with natural downforce I feel like the car is breaking faster
Also just on really curvy freeway on ramps I've noticed a lot more grip

M3 front arms, b12 kit, and good brake pads/rotors would have done much more for your canyon carving (and daily drive) than the wing for about the same cost. Not judging or anything, just offering my knowledge. Glad you're enjoying it.

Lets call a spade a spade. You're doing this for attention.

Please re-read wren57 comments if you are actually interested in actual handling upgrades.

Race car.
And always remember the wing can be used as diner table.
And I have a feeling that lip won't be unbloodied for long.....which put it in waste of money mod territory for me.
I would put more aggressive rims on there....it looks too stock-ish ..even with the aggressive bits.
But nice car otherwise

Excatly I needed a diner table too! Haha
Uhm the lip is kinda scratched at the bottom but I'm careful with it and its not stupidly low where I'd lose it, but its secure enough with the rods it'll hold up at 100+
Yeah I sold my old ag m359 to pay for a ticket
But these performance wheels should fetch a pretty penny when I sell them, just waiting on the widebody kit in the future before I get some custom wheels made

No....but I doubt a wing/splitter will make much of a difference if you dont have any proper suspension setup to begin with. It's cool though, I love it.

Your kidding right? Maybe getting your brakes serviced would provide better stopping power than "natural downforce." If you like it, that's all that matters.
