E90 differential rebuilt

I want to go to a junkyard, grab an automatic rwd diff ( 3.73:1?) rebuilt it and put a LSD in it. Then, install it in my car.

My car is a 328i 2008 manual sport package.

-Where can I source bearings, I want to change them all, while doing the rebuild (real-eom does not list them)
-Specs to rebuild the diff (pinion preload, backlash, everything, P/N)
-Wavetrack or Quaife?
-Yes I have a 328i, no I don't want a 335.

-I'm a Certified technician, I mostly need specs and tips.

Thank you all in advance.

Have you looked into MFactory LSDs? I know ECS tuning sells them as well as rebuild kits that work with their pumpkins. The rebuild kit descriptions is as follows (copied for accuracy):

"Have you recently replaced your differential? Did you upgrade to a Limited-Slip? If so, it is highly recommended to replace the hardware in your differential unit. That's where we come in. At ECS Tuning, we like to make sure we carry everything you need to get the job done. From start to finish, we've got you covered. This kit is a pack of 10 Differential Ring Gear Bolts, new axle seals, and even new differential bearings. This means you've got all new hardware to support your new differential, or all the tools necessary to rebuild your existing unit"

I don't think BMW publishes this data. Diff rebuilds have been a bit of a black science for years with BMW. Some shops are in the know whole others are clueless and I've yet to see any real concrete data online. Have you checked the TIS?

I don't know how to access the TIS. I will share the numbers for sure when I find them.

This link will be very useful in the future. Unfortunately, the diff specs are not there.
