Which sequence of mods would you go with first?
Since I have a budget, I can't do all the mods to my car that I want at once. So I am left with two options at the moment:
1. KW V2 Coilovers, OEM Aero Lip, M-Tech Sideskirts, M3 Lip Spoiler, Painted Reflectors, SSTT/JB2. 2. Morr Alloys VS7/VS8 with a good set of tires, H&R Sport springs. |

Hmm...I think a good set of wheels always makes the biggest difference in terms of the looks...more so than the body kits. Besides, the M-Tech kit won't look right with just stock wheels.
I would just get the MORR VS7 or VS8 with Goodyear Eagle F1 or Michelin Pilot PS2s. Get the painted reflectors (as orange reflectors are annoying). I wouldn't bother getting H&R Springs...wait until you have enough $$$ to get the KW V2. Go big or go home I say. While you are getting coilovers installed, I would also get an upgraded rear sway bar installed at the same time. Next up would be some more power...like your favourite tune (Procede, JB2, SSTT, etc). If you are tracking or autocrossing at this point, might be a good idea to get/change brake pads to something aftermarket and maybe step up to stainless steel brake lines. No need to get BBK unless you want the look or are really serious about tracking. Then next up the various other cosmetic stuff... |

I really love the Morr's, but I'm leaning towards choice #1 since it'll give you the most performance while also making the car look better too. (All depends on your budget really.)

It's not an option, but I'd vote for 2 & reflectors. they're cheap

I actually like the stock wheels, and unless I get an amazing deal on a package set of wheels I am keeping them.
Option 1 is basically what i have gone with, and am in the process of installing. Except I added in an exhaust, and subtracting the side skirts/spoiler because I really don't see how they change the look enough to offset the cost. I think you should go option one. Coilovers are a world of difference from springs. You will want coilovers in the future, and that means you will have to pay to have installed/aligned twice. |
