new x3 with 35d engine in UK?

do any of you think they will add the 35d engine to the new X3?

if not do you think Alpina will drop the new X3D?

Based on the spy pics of the new X4 M40d we should expect a similar variant for the X3 too.
This version should replace the normal 35d.

The current X3 is available with the 35d engine btw.

But hard to tell with the new one as I read that they're not putting the 35d engine in the new 5 series in the UK.

that's what I thought, it appears that they have dropped it at the mo in the 5 and new x3.

looks like a petrol then this time as I was thinking about a Alpina x3 but if they don't come with a 35d in the UK I can't see them making a Alpina for the UK market place. no doubt other countries may get 35d or 40d engine but they will be LH drive

Apparently Alpina are going to bring a new XD3 out in September 2018
