Designshielding clear bra installer review

Hi all,

This post is moreso a public service announcement. I was not asked to post this by the installer but felt I have seen so many crap install jobs that I wanted to guide people in the right direction...


I recently purchased a 2018 m3 and had a full front end clear bra installed by rob at designshielding.. he is a mobile installer based out of the west suburbs.. I've used him before as well.


I keep going back to him for several reasons: he's mobile, he's a very honest and nice person, and he hand cuts the film and does amazing work.

I included some pics of his work on my car.

If you are in Chicago he's the guy to go to.

I also second Rob--I had my 2015 M3 wrapped. Earlier this year, I noticed that one of the edges was starting to peel off "ever so slightly" (most likely a result of a over zealous hand car washer)--I called Rob, he agreed to meet at this Chicago shop on a Saturday, trimmed the film and good to go. Great guy.

Rob does awesome work! He did the GTS hood, 3D Design carbon bumper, and headlights for us.
