Finally getting round to modifying my E90, need some advice
Hey guys,
Been a long time lurker but haven't posted in a long time. I have an E90 Saloon (320i, N43 engine, 177BHP) and I'm looking to do a facelift on it. This is a Pre-LCI model and I want to get it either to post-LCI MSport or completely custom. I'm in the UK and I've been trying to find parts from reliable sources which is proving difficult...My current plans are as below: Suspension & Wheels - 18" M359 Replicas - Suspension (JOM Blue) Once that's done, I'll want to change out all the lights to get some nice Angel Eyes out front and LCI tail lights (or custom) - This is where I always get lost. Is it possible for me to replace my Pre-LCI lights with LCI ones? I assume I'll have to replace the boot lid and lights, and do some coding changes, anything else that i'll need? After that I'm looking to replace the bumpers and skirts - I'm looking at M-Sport or M3 replica style bumpers all round and was wondering if anyone knows where I could get these from. There are a crap ton of kits on eBay but I assume there are people on here who have had experience with this kind of thing so would like some advice here too! At the end of it all I'll probably end up stancing it up but that's much later down the line. Thanks in advance for any replies! |

The Pre LCI and LCI taillights on the sedans are not interchangeable and require a different trunk. I don?t believe there is coding required but I?m not sure in the UK because I understand you have different laws regarding your light systems so hopefully someone else can chime in.
