BSD Codes Help

Hey guys,

About two weeks ago I got into my 08 335XI E92 and it wouldn't turn over. Took it to the shop looking for the problem, they replaced the alternator and IBS those weren't the problem. Turns out some of the grounds around the car went bad. They fixed them. Car starts fine now. However,

Now I'm getting the following codes:

2E83 - DME: Electric Coolant Pump, power reduced operation
2E85 - BSD: Message; electric coolant pump missing
2E98 - BSD: Message; alternator missing

I have no idea what it could be.

Any ideas?
