Question totalled my e92.... E46?

hey guys,
about 2 months ago i totalled my e92.. I was looking to order a new e92 then the new dme issue came up. My cousin has an E46 M3 i love it especially the SMG. I keep on going back and fourth between wanting to buy a 04-05 e46 m and putting on an AA or Dinan S3-r kit or to stick with the new 335i. one of my friends a tech at my local stealership said that they are really cracking down on people and tunes and even he couldnt help me out if i were to have a problem with my "tuned" car. So what you guys say F/I M3 or F/I 335i.?

Dude, are you sure you want a red on red E92? Thats a lot of.....red. lol

Seriously though, I was thinking the same thing you are between a E92 and E46 M3. There will be a solution for this DME/Progman thing eventually. As much as I love the car, it looks aged compared to the new models.

lol i have the same question in my head EVERY day...I would get a 335 with like 2k miles on it...save some $$ and get the older DME..My best friend got an 04 M3 with SMG and i just love the way it drives but in like 2 years its going to looks really dated, have no warranty, and be harder to sell

335. The new DME will get sorted and things will go on, I'm sure.

Get the newer 335i and go with Dinan. At least you will have a warranty still. M3 is nice but with the new one out I could'nt drive the E46.

If I had the choice again, I would go E46 M3.

The E46 has a timeless design IMHO.

It looks gorgeous, even against some newer model car.

I would seriously consider an E46 M3.
