Want to change the angel eyes color from yellow to white on a e90 LCI with halogen headlights, which type of bulb is the right one for it ?

There are specific lights for the E90 LCI Halogen, it's not a generic bulb. You can checkout the vendor classifieds for popular aftermarket upgrade options. (I can't post links here or recommend products we sell).
