does camber affect toe or vice versa?....

so i am putting the final touches and getting all the parts together for my suspension build on my 2013xi coupe where i am adding koni yellow with stock springs, dinan fixed camber plates, ucc front rear bars, m3 subframe bushings)

i have a general question about camber and toe, i have a alignment settings currently that i am very happy with but i am adding some dinan fixed camber plates to add a little more neg camber and to help with understeer a little

my question is, assuming that i add the camber plates which takes my camber down by -0.7, will i need to adjust my toe setting to have the same on the road feel as i currently do (everything is stock currently)

thanks

Yes they affect each other.

You should get an alignment anyway.

Also run a square tire/wheel setup to help reduce understeer
