Do you need to flash ecu for this? Or can you bolt on and run stock?

You do not need flash tunes for upgraded turbos ... I do recommend upgrading the fueling system and a tune (flash or Jb4)

Im in vegas would I be able to pick a kit up tomorrow.? I have the Stienbauer, I could get the guys at Stienbauer to set up the tune box to match the new turbo, might not be needed though!.

Steinbauer is a tuning box - piggy back- it's very sophisticated and the company (apparently) make the piggy back for AC Schnitzer and Hartage. I'm happy with it, and it's getting dyno in 4 weeks so will share the results. I did dyno a while back and got 398hp but the intercooler was hitting 60-70degC but now I have 200cell DP and forge intercooler so fingers crossed
