Hey guys, after thinking for a long time i am now between two choices!
Milltek and AWE on my 28i
ive heard the milttek catback with downpipes in person and its awesome but i cant afford a downpipes right now so i'll only get the milltek so idnt know it good or not loud or quite.
and for the AWE i hadnt heard one in person so i dont know
tell me you opinion and why

A coworker of mine put a miltek axel back on his VW... 2.0 liter turbo. I know it is a different car but he was bummed about how quiet the exhaust was after install.

Is it possible that a non resonated catback is much louder ?

I'm sure it would be... but he's the only person I know who went miltek and he wasn't too happy about the decision. I know more f30 owners have gone the AWE route, and they have been happy with their decision. I actually went with the Corsa catback on my 335i and am very happy with it. Not super loud but definitely not quiet... the note is very nice.

How much does it cost to get a corsa catback if there is one for 28i??

I don't think they do. Just checked very quickly and didn't see one but could be wrong. Borla has a catback for about $1,000. If I didn't have an xdrive I would have gone the Borla route for sure.

I checked too and unfortunatley they dont have, i am thinking about the borla but for the 28i its only borla s and i real that ots not that loud also

Thanks man, ofcourse ill post videos once i install an exhaust system but for the moment i cant decide whats the best for me
