Cotswold were doing them for 120-130ish. Ebay even cheaper. They are not £300. Barry Graham sells Carbon Fibre ones for £270!

I've contacted Cotswold bmw and the price was £250 plus paint job so not sure where did you take your price from?

£270 as still not cheap for something that only I will notice on a car. Im selling my cars every few months and I know it wont be on it for long and will resell it again.

I didn't mean to offence anyone.
I said £300 is a lot for a diffuser if i dont need it to be new.

So looking at your links now

No 1 is from Latvia, and made from fiberglass which is shit.
Needs priming and painting done.

No 2 is not a diffuser mate. If you read the description you will notice.

No3 is the only diffuser to acctually consider done from abs and it says it's genuine.
However if I can buy same used one for half price why bother?

No 4 again from Latvia and Fiberglass with need of priming and painting and its shit material to start with.

I've been there and done that.

Searched all ebay UK but also ebay.de etc.
I know the prices and I know you can buy some cheap stuff about.

I'm asking if someone is selling one good quality, genuine or carbon for example, cheaper as its used.

Is that really difficult to understand mate?


Over last year I spent Thousands of pounds modifying my F31.
Oem Performance kit
Oem Performance body kit
Oem Active Sound exhaust system
Oem carbon trims

Thousands mate and when selling it 3 months ago, not only I've lost £20k on a value of the car, but no one wanted to pay me a penny more for all those bits!!
I even took my wheels off and bought a set of genuine ones just to get more for a car.

I managed to remove most of my genuine mods and sell the car.

Than list it all of it here and ebay to get some money back. Most of it was sold for less than half price I paid.

So try to understand why I am not willing to buy it new anymore.

I don't want it shit and cheap.
I rather have it good quality but used and therefore cheaper.

Same with cars. I rather drive my 10 years old 335i than 4 years old Ford for same money.

Got the point now?

Its obvious you didn't buy much on ebay, asking why it matters where it come from?
It matters mate when something goes wrong, part wont fit, is cracked, or anything else. You have to deal with it and probably post it back to Latvia on your expense. So it does matter.

You still don't get whats the difference between genuine used cheaper and aftermarket fiberglass new? Seriously?

Carbon fiber doesn't need painting if you are not aware, also abs plastic looks good on its own if someone likes matt black finish therefore no paint job needed.

You go typing some long ass message like a knob instead of, "hey i will check that out". you then want to tell me how much you have spent on your F31 (cool story btw) but want to cheap out on your 335i.

I do buy from ebay. I know people who have bout diffusers from Latvia and Poland and have fitted fine.

I know what the difference is between OEM and FG so all good there. I also know CF doesnt need painting so good there too.

End of the day all i did was give you sources and tried to help but you genuinely sound like a dickhead.

Speak to me, I just purchased this last week and had it painted gloss black

I purchased this item as its a very good fit and had it painted gloss black, I all ready have the older version of this defuser on the car but wanted some thing newer. AS i have the quad conversion all ready in place and they were built around the current defuser i have now discovered that the new one dose not fit around where my tips are, in order for this to fit mine i would have to go and get the back box and tips re built or positioned and this will cost to much, so to much effort for such a small gain, I have now put the original defuser back on the car, you will need this in place so that the exhaust people know where to position the rear box and tips..... I am absolutely gutted as i thought it would be a straight swap, how wrong was i.... I paid £250 and then an extra £100 to have it painted gloss black

I just want to recoup what i paid for the item so £250 Posted, i will put up some picks shortly of the item as it is now in gloss black... or what's app me on 07958165742 and I can send you some picks..

SSDD motorsport do them for 140quid. Contact him on Facebook, very quick and helpful. Well that's what mine cost me 2 weeks ago. Comes primed, so does need painting.

I've done my exhaust already and sticking to single pipe each end.
As i understand yours is dual pipe each end so won't be good to me.

I've got my M3 lip spoiler from him and it was top quality.
