Driveline Slack 325xi/6mt

I've noticed that my driveline seems to have some extra "slack" when I get on/off throttle in my 325xi. Since the car has 125k miles I'm doing motor mounts (034 Motorsports) and transfer case mount.. but I'm wondering if there is another likely source that I should be looking at. I'm thinking front driveshaft or CV joints? any ideas for usual suspects?

Thanks!

Could it be the flex disc?
