Doesn't look a good deal. I had a lease offer fully loaded about msrp of $61750 for 608 per month with $3689 out of pocket.

I think the dealer should be willing to do another 1k-2k off msrp. Also with good credit you should be able to secure .0015 MF.

Thats what I figured. Dealer kind of lost all credibility when the manager said they dont sell M cars below MSRP, and the other dealerships that do are basically desperate to sell. This is the only dealership within 70 miles so they think they have a BMW monopoly going. One of the main reasons I try to avoid buying from them. Figured Id give them one more shot, but as expected, they failed to deliver.

It's a horrible deal. The money factor is marked up, the discount is not great. These two combinations are disastrous for a lease. Also, do not put a down payment on a lease. Only pay the initial fees which are these-
Doc Fee Acquisition Fee First Payment Tags Do not do a Cap cost reduction, that's just you pre-paying the lease and you lose all that money if the car is wrecked or stolen. |

Try Leasehackr.com
Plug in your numbers, been really good for my comparisons. BMW MF good deal is .0015 MSD - they are gone Keep pushing, the manager has rebates he can provide. Quote a MB for comparison and send them the numbers. My dealer loved/hated that :-) |
