Transfer case malfunction??
So, last night I was racing with some friends from a dig ( closed roads) and when in 3rd gear at around 5k rpm I felt three-four violent knocks under my seat. I initially thought it was the tranny slip but I didn't get any warnings on the dash or any codes. It felt almost like if traction control was "on" but with the additional violent knocks. I'm going to attach a log, where you see the car hit 27psi (overshot boost target like crazy???) is exactly when I felt it and let off the throttle immediately. Drove home about 30 min and the car felt fine. I did some light pulls from a roll but I couldn't replicate the knock but then again I didn't push anywhere near how hard I was pushing when it initially occurred. The car has 40k and really hope transfer case isn't going out : / . If anyone has any thoughts on this issue I will very much appreciate your input. Thanks in advance.
