Help with supsension 2008 335xi
Hi everyone, I have a 2008 335 xi sedan. I thought I was getting KW v3 coilovers installed on my car but after looking at the receipt it shows that they sent me the 2WD version KW DDC kit. The place where I got the kit is not being very accommodating now that the kit is on the car
The mechanic who installed it on the car said it fits fine. He is suggesting that if I take it to the track to upgrade front sway bar, rear sway bar and front and rear sway bar links and should be fine. Just wondering what people's thoughts on this are? I spoke to technical adviser at KW and they don't recommend this as it can put stress on end link tabs that can break off. Car is driving great. Would have peace of mind if I had the proper coilovers on the front but wondering if this is still relatively safe? Any advice and suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thanks, Aaron

yeah its safe, as KW said just make sure your end links aren't preloaded when car is sitting flat (worst case you can get adjustable aftermarket ones). besides that if the car is driving great, dont stress.
