N55 Turbo Swap DIY?

Hello,

PS2 for my 2011 is on the way. Is there any writeup for swapping the turbo on an N55 xDrive? I've search but cannot find much.

Get your oil change ready and your coolant flush,
How many miles on pump and thermo? They gotta come out for the swap anyway

Car has 50k on it so I'm going to leave the WP for now. Good call on the coolant. I'm going to save the oil, I just changed it haha.

Mine failed at 56k, or began to fail on a fairly humid day.

Didn't want to risk it so I got rid of it.

Got the PS2 at same time to save on future labor lol.

there's a n54 install video, not sure how similar to the n55 but could give you ideas.
