BMW B46/B48/B58 Tune Comparison
Today; I would like to write about the different piggyback options available for the BMW new F chassis B48/B58 engines. This market is over-saturated with tunes priced from a couple hundred dollars up to a couple thousands. Not all tunes are equal, which ones are worth it and which ones are not? Read this post and decide for yourself. Burger Tuning (BMS) B48/B58 Quick Install/Uninstall JB+ How: Burger Tuning JB+ connects to Tmap sensor only. This is the simplest B48/B58 tune on the market. Hi Mike, is it possible / okay to use a F Series N55 JB4 on a F Series N20 engine? Apparently, BMS' JB Stage 1 can be used interchangeably across all engine types. Just wondering if that still applies to the JB4 since the device looks the same, except that maybe the FW and maps would need to be changed from N55 to N20? Thanks for any info and clarification.
