No joke: The U.S. spec sheet was released this morning: N55 all the way.

Also, the N55 has been a know fact for a while, don't see why people keep insisting otherwise. Don't you think BMW would've made a big fuss if they switched engines? They managed to write a whole press release for the LCI, which amounts to nothing more than fancier headlights.....
