RJ45 to Obd2 cable

Hey guys!

Just set up my old laptop for esys.

Now I dont have a "enet cable" per say, but I have a RJ45 to OBD2 cable that is used by the old BSR PPC tool to reflash other cars (in this instance my opel gt).

I cant see what pins are connected since the obd2 side is all black, but on rj45 the male is see thru(as always) and colors out to the connector match this picture, that is red, yellow and green.

If the cable isnt working, worst case scenario I wont be able to connect to the car?
