Fender replacement - how difficult?

Hello. Someone backed into my fender and now my tire is rubbing whenever there is a bump/dip on the road. My plan is to buy an OEM fender and have a body shop paint the fender for me so I can install the fender at home + the plastis under linder.

How difficult is it to DIY?

Application: LMB 2011 E90 335i

remove the wheel liner first
Heat up that dent with a heat gun and push out the dent. Try using hand first, then use medium hard tool to even it out
