This is a much discussed topic. Comes down to the Michelin AS3+ or the Continental DWS06
I chose the latter and am plenty happy. https://www.tirerack.com/tires/tires...Speed+Rated%29 Nice video review link above. Last edited by Katin; 05-05-2017 at 09:24 AM.. Reason: Add link |

I ditched my RFs, i went with Kumhos Ecsta LX Platinum, the difference is day and night, put a mobility kit in the trunk. I will never use RFs again, It affects the ride quality too much IMO.

I had Conti DWS06's on my STI before I bought my F30 (about 2 weeks ago). The Conti's were excellent, and I plan to replace the piece of shit runflats this fall on the 340 with the DWS06s. I don't think you can go wrong either way though (Michelin vs. Conti). Think the Conti's are a bit cheaper if I'm not mistaken, but they certainly do not perform as if they were the cheaper tire.

I have stated this in past threads but after having and trying the Michelin AS3 and Conti DWS06 along with the Pirelli P-Zero Plus on my e90 335i, I would say the Pirelli's are the best all around tire considering mileage, performance, winter and wet traction.

Toatally agree. 2018 440i msport mppsk ordered with 18 inch staggered Michelin pilot super sport non run flat. This is new option for 2018. Remarkable handling improvement over my previous 435i with runflats.
