E36 M3 front bump stops are part # 31332225377.

Z4 M rear bump stops that you also want are 33507836826.

so other than the koni yellows and springs (zsp) and new bumpstops, anything else i should change while a swap out my shocks and struts and springs?

I was looking into this and maybe worth doing spring plates and spring pad etc whilst there. Look at realoem for the diagrams of all the little extras that go with spring/shocks

You want the upper shock mounts front and rear too. The rears are very soft and go bad easily. Get the Monroe version for the rear.

The front upper shock mount is called the guide support by BMW, part # 31306785962. These are often reused depending on mileage. I got camber plates which replace this mount so didn't need it.
