E36 M3 front bump stops are part # 31332225377.
Z4 M rear bump stops that you also want are 33507836826. |

You want the upper shock mounts front and rear too. The rears are very soft and go bad easily. Get the Monroe version for the rear.

I still have my notes from when I did my shocks & springs last year. Here's the full parts list. 2x of everything.
front upper spring pads 31336767500 front lower spring pads 31336764372 front dust boots 31331094749 rear upper spring pads 33536764419 rear lower spring pads 33536764420 Monroe rear upper shock mounts 907984 Monroe rear lower shock mounts 907985 The front upper shock mount is called the guide support by BMW, part # 31306785962. These are often reused depending on mileage. I got camber plates which replace this mount so didn't need it. |
