HELP!! Angel eyes went out
Driver's side halos went out. Replaced bulb and still no luck. Passenger side works fine. Anyone come across this issue?

Only other time I heard of this happening the guys wiring was cut but I doubt thats your issue.
check fuses? although it seems like a fuse would throw an error code on the dash

I am willing to suspect that you had an AE bulb go out possibly because the contacts "touched" and what the car does is sense that this "shorting" activity is taking place and disables the power to that bulb... ever about 50 faults (give or take) that car just says F'it I'm going to disable that bulb permanently to protect the rest of the headlight system. So you need to go in and code out the error (lots of guessing to which one to clear... i got lucky with in a few minutes mine was working again). I think I even did a quick write up on it. just do some searching on clearing codes for disabled LED AE's I think cn555ic helped me with this a little over texting (great guy by the way). Same with PichaDis11 (also a great guy) |
