Can someone confirm this?

I'm looking to upgrade the rear end with M3 parts. I looked over the compatibility list that is stickied on the forum but the terms dont match what I am seeing on RealOEM and I need some verification that I am looking at the correct parts.

From what I understand, looking at the attached picture, part numbers 19 and 18 can be replaced with M3 components. Part number 14, can be replaced with an adjustable rear toe arm, such as this: https://thmotorsports.com/i-786069.a...FcyLswodEwAMdQ

Thanks in advance.

From what I have read the M3 arms don't really offer much of a gain. Have you done subframe bushings and upper shock mounts yet? Those seem to make the biggest difference.

They reduce the amount of flex at the components. By themselves, they are not much of an upgrade, combined with the bushings and rear sway bar its a nice upgrade. Its what I would call a sum of parts upgrade.

Fronts are worth it, rears not so much. You're better off doing poly bushings in your stock arms and M3 or poly subframe bushings.

I'm currently all poly in every bushing location except subframe (M3) and honestly, ride is not terrible. You feel more bumps but I don't mind. Much better than other cars I've ridden in with full poly

Will not fit Xi models. U are wasting ur money on something that doesn't work on your car. M3 arms are for Rwd cars only

As I pointed out earlier, I have verified that the two components from the M3 do indeed fit the x drive.

This is completely wrong, the whole rear end in a rwd/xdrive is identical.

Can confirm the rwd and xdrive rear suspensions are identical. The front is what's different.

That said, most of the M3 stuff for the rear isn't a huge upgrade.

There are assorted aftermarket adjustable arms that will give you the stiffer bushings plus adjustability. Whether you choose ones that replace the bushings with harder bushings or spherical bearings is up to you.

For a street car the Manzo arms are adjustable and used hardened rubber bushings instead of spherical bearings. Some folks have reported noise-free use of the spherical bearings but the rubber ones are good for a street car and you know they won't make noise.
