Maybe BMW hasn’t gotten this generation of iDrive right, but the rest of the car has no equal among many peers.

One question that never has been asked as far as I know: What do you think the team behind the IS-F feel about losing to the M3? The IS-F may not win many comparison tests, but I still give it a B+ effort from a company that normally does not make cars of this sort.

Great review. Am I the only one who thinks I-Drive is pretty easy to get used to?

to tell you the truth - for years I was a dedicated i-drive basher. I still dont like that some adjustments such as fader, bass and treble are hidden down so many levels. but over all I learned to like it since my wife got it with her 535ixT. however they have added a lot of shortcut buttons on the 2008 that werent there in the beginning. I ordered the Tech pack mainly for the EDC/m button options.

its really actually fun to play with......WHILE DRIVING!

Nope, I don't understand what all of the hype is about. It is fairly easy to use.
