I have 2 front seats from a 2010 E92 m3 with 65k miles. The seats are electric with memory NO HEAT. The front drivers seat has a little wear on the side and a mark on the plastic base, but overall I would give it a 9/10. $550. for the pair
Prefer pick-up but will ship if you pay.
I'm in West Covina Calif.
