Help Me Choose please
Hello all! As is this moment I'm struggling in what to get. As my personality goes I'm always looking for the best deal or cheat depreciation. I'm currently leasing a Bmw 320i xdrive for $440 15k a yer, good deal I think. It ends up on June, so my list of contenders goes like this:
BMW M2 (Have to wait long time, expensive payments or Bmw select) Bmw 340i xdrive (Kinda the same of what I have now, just bigger engine) Ford focus RS (Pretty fast and fun, but C'mon it's a ford focus!) Porsche 911 2008-2009 (Beautiful car, drepreciation won't hit as hard; But maintenance!!!) I know I sound like a whining girl but I just want to hear everyone thoughts. Thank you in advance! I Don't need a back seat neither Awd. It can be manual or automatic (dependin on the car). Last edited by albertreet; 01-23-2017 at 12:28 AM.. |

Hi and thank you for your answer. No need of back seat although it would be nice unless it's a Porsche. No need of AWD. I like manual and auto depending on the car.

Take this.
We seriously don't understand the appeal of the 718 anymore. The Audi TT RS just keeps getting better and better. We called the TT RS a "Baby-Lamborghini" and even predicted that it could be better than its corporate cousin from Porsche, the 718 Cayman S. US pricing has not been announced for the TT RS, but both cars will be expected to be within a few thousand dollars of each other at around $66,000. The TT RS comes with a 2.5-liter five-cylinder turbo engine with 400 hp and 354 lb-ft of torque. The 718 Cayman has a 2.5-liter flat-four turbo engine which produces 350 hp and 309 lb-ft of torque. http://www.carbuzz.com/m/Article.aspx?Id=37488 https://youtu.be/G5TkHFbRnYo |

I don't get it, Porsche didn't do much customer research IMO, I'm sure sales have fallen...so many do not like it. |

I believe the 2008 911 is the last year that had intermediate shaft bearing issues (IMS), so the 2009 with the revised engines and facelift would likely be better. I have looked at a lot of used Porsche vehicles over the years, but never bought. An 8 year old Porsche will have some issues and repairs/parts are not cheap. If you have a choice of new versus old -- go new for the warranty. Since you pay attention to cost, you won't be able to lease a M2. With what sounds like a wide range vehicle interests, consider a 228i Msport 6 speed manual. It is an under appreciated vehicle and would make a nice step up from the 320i. That being said, I'm very happy with my new M2 and have no regrets about not buying a used Porsche.

M2 will be refreshed. With a detuned S55.
TT RS will be a joke next to it. M240i is a good alternative too. I wouldn't buy a car buit earlier than 2011/ 2012 without a clear service history.... |

RS3 is coming out soon too w TTRS engine, more practical, and $10-15k cheaper. Worth a look. The engine note alone is intoxicating.

So the new RS3 will cost $20,000 more than the TTRS but will come with the same engine and have more seats...the interiors aren't that nice and it weighs more, but 20,000 cheaper, god damn.
BMW cannot make my username car fast enough!! Come on BMW!!! RS3 is so ugly and.m boring from the rear and side... RIP |
