For all you guys assuming you have a pre 03/07 without the 6hp21 AT transmission do yourself a favour and check!

I just found out I do have the 6hp21 on my 09/06 e92!

If you're referring to whether or not a "transmission" is able to accept the alpina flash, that's a different story. What counts here is TCM version; THATS what needs to be post-3/07 production date in order to accept the flash.

I came across that information also, but i was told there is only one version of the 6hp21, unlike the 6hp19 or 6hp19tu etc. Mine is a EU model and the plate on trans says 6hp21, 1071030003.

I'll give the alpina flash a try and hope it works
