You can check mine out in my build thread. I've got it on my EB m235 and love it. The vinyl strips only cover the front face though. I ordered a stripe kit online for $10.

Where did you get the strip kit for your grill please? Not sure I want to go that route, but some color on my AW might be nice.

I forget which site i got mine from. same set is here

https://bimmian.com/Accessories-for-...-Grill-Stripe/

and here for cheaper

http://www.ebay.com/itm/M-grill-stri...3D151685412167

and German colors here, which i think might look cool on a black or mineral grey car.

My office is about 10kms and they offer pickup so no charge in the delivery front. I the ones in your pic are clip on site but can't be sure. I think they sell these as well.

I looked at those too. I thought they looked kinda cheap and plasticy. the vinyl stripes look like they came from the factory. I think the best looking would probably be a plastidip job if you could get the colors right. That was the reason I didn't go that route.

very easy install.

1. hold the vinyl strips up to the slat to determine the corect width. Ithe kit comes with multiple so you just choose the one that fits best
2.wash the slats with alcohol to remome grease or contaminants
3. start the strip at the bottom of the slat and peel backing as you apply
4. use a toothpick or straight edge to push the film all the way to the top of the slat
5. carefully cut off excess with a razor blade
6. post heat lightly with hairdryer. do no overheat as the vinyl may bubble

enjoy!

also in my experience small accents like colors on a grill will look like the coroct color if it is close enough. If you just eyeball it and order a blue, light blue and red plasti dip it may look close enough that you don't even notice.

many times you will only notice something like that if you are comparing it directly to other m stripes.

And if it doesn't look good you could always peel it off.

It is not a grill. It is essentially a vinyl sticker that you apply to your current grill. It's cheap, easy, and looks good.

here comes that guy.

to people who don't know bmws it says:

here comes that guy.

But this is from a guy who debaged the whole car, including the brake calipers. which says:

here comes that guy.
