when they replaced mine, there was some rattling. Ended up being part of the exhaust not mounted properly.

Are you running JB4? If so, you need to play with the wastegate settings.

My new turbos rattled with JB4 even after spending hours playing with the settings. Switched to MHD and the rattle is mostly gone.

Check all vacuüm hoses and boost solenoids for leaks and proper functionalty. If all is good you could get the mhd app and flash stock with rattle fix slider option

+1. First thing to do with rattling Trbos is check a vacuum lines, tubes, boost solenoid, and even the grommet going into the brake booster, and vacuum pump.

Next, make sure wg are adjusted correctly.

Finally, look for a software fix.

I'm sure, that one plastic tube is little broken. Could It be the reason?

Could U tell me, how to adjust wg? By computer, or sine mechanics things?
I have to finish my wg problem, cause I spent a lot of € and there is no better.

Which turbos are the new ones? Mitsubishi OEM brand new? If so, it should be the improved design which has the upgraded 8mm wastegate arm to eliminate rattling for a long time. The brand new ones wastegates do not need to be adjusted and are already pre-adjusted.

I have brand new wastegates.
Little broken on tube Could be cause of my rattle?
I think about vacuum lines, but I can't see any leaks. Is there some way to check vacuum lines? I can't see more ways of my problems.

How many miles old are your vacuum lines? If more than 50k just replace them all to be sure.

You can go to any good mechanic who has a vacuum gun or a smoke tester to test your whole system for boost or vacuum leaks. Like I said, what brand new turbos did you get for yours? If you tell me its brand new Mitsubishi OEM ones which has the improved wastegate arm, then that eliminates the possibility of the wastegate rattling because of the wastegate itself

Either way, it takes ~2 minutes to apply vacuum to the actuators and make sure they are set to close at the proper setting. It should be done regardless.

OP: change ALL vacuum lines at this point (except for the hard lines; unless they're broken, of course). Also, as mentioned, are your solenoids new as well?

My solenoids are old.
For few days I will replace vacuum lines, and that broken plastic tube.
Maybe the problem is with engines map (engine tuning)?

True but I was saying as to if its the 8mm wastegate arm which is implemented to eliminate rattling since its longer and pushes out on the wastegate more so when you release the throttle it wont rattle like the 6mm one. If its rattling because of insufficient vacuum, that would be a vacuum issue. Not because of the wastegate arm or actuator itself.

Replace your solenoids to the newest revision units.

Replace vacuum lines, tighten all your boost clamps especially around the hotside of your intercooler and lower end of the chargepipe. Look at the vacuum canisters tips and see if they are broken. If they are, replace the vacuum canisters to Stett.

Eh, don't replace your solenoids unless you broke them IMO. I'd do vac lines as basic maintenance and tighten clamps and of course replace whatever broken piece you have first. I'm hesitant to throw parts at things because these cars will eat a lot of parts if you do that.

Ok Guys, thanks a lot for helping me. I'll replace vacuum lines, replace broken plastic tube (broken is grey connection, and leaking boost air for sure). It is possible, to rattling, when boost air is leaking? Cause there is no connection with wg. Now I don't know what I have to do with solenoids...

Good to get under car and check everything. I had an exhaust heat shield that was rattling on my car. 10 min with some JB Weld and it's quiet again!!
