Removing gravel from air ducts in front bumper.

I have handfuls of gravel stuck in the air ducts (I believe that's what they are called) of my front bumper after a snow plow drove by me today.

Does anyone know the best way to clean them out? Driving doesn't seem to cause anything to fall, and it looks absolutely terrible.

Flushing out with cold water from a hose wouldn't disolve it?

Can you blow it out with a leaf blower?
