OEM front turbo part number confusion

So for the n54 front turbo there was two part numbers: 11657649289 and 11657649292 which shows up on realoem. Which one is the correct one? Realoem says that the 11657649289 front turbo supersedes the 11657649292 front turbo. So that means the 289 would be better than the 292? Does anyone know what the differences between the two front turbo part numbers?

292 is the part number for remanufactured ones. 289 is for new ones.
