4.1 is what Car and Driver and Road and Track got for the 6-speed, both coupe and saloon. Expect 3.9 or near for the M-DCT.

I would expect somewhere between 3.9 and 4.5 for the MDCT. The real advantage of this tranny is the ability to reliably accelerate like this where as with a 6MT you might get 4.1 once.

Exactly! Even the avid and adept street racer will have a hard time getting it at 4.1 every time.

in some articles i read it said 4.8 which i think is just a load of BS

I think the average driver will be able to accelerate from 0-60 around 4.8 seconds. Honestly, you might do 4.8 seconds 5 out of 10 times and maybe get 4.1 seconds once with a 6MT.

I was humbled the first time I went to the drags and barely got less than 15 seconds in my E36. After a couple trips I was able to get a few sub 13's but I still got a few 15's and 14's....
