VIDEO - BMS 3.5in Exhaust Tips Installation

Received my BMS 3.5in exhaust tips in the email today, so I was straight in to installing them.

Took less than 2 minutes from start to finish! Quality product and easy installation. What more could you want?

Great video! Thanks for sharing. I recently installed a set too, in gloss black. Here's a picture of mine in case people are wondering what it looks like with the exotics tuning diffuser. I wish it stuck out a tiny bit more, but it's way better than what it use to look like with the stock tips. These stick out about half an inch more than stock. I will say that if you have the m-performance diffuser, these tips will NOT be long enough to look good.

I have an Autoplus rear diffuser on order. Hopefully it works OK

I love that diffuser. I have the M performance CF spoiler and mirror caps. Do you know if the carbon fiber matches with the m performance stuff? Thanks.

I've never had the M performance CF so I can't say for certain, but I would assume they would match. You would need to get either the tips in this thread or an aftermarket exhaust, otherwise it will look pretty bad with the stock tips.

If I go this route I'll be going with the gloss black BMS tips on the stock exhaust. I want a little more sound but have yet to do a down pipe, so that's up next. If that satisfies my desire for better sound then I'll go with this diffuser/tip set up. If not, I may go MPE and M perf diffuser. Thanks again for the feedback.

I was going your route but with my auto plus diffuser it looked more snug in. I wanted the tail pipe to stick out a bit so I used the m performance tip. In my opinion it looks better , more aggressive, if it sticks out a bit.

Thanks for this vid. Taking delivery of my M235i in a couple days and the M Perf tips won't fit on it so I'll get a set of the BMS ones.

No worries mate. Glad you found it useful. I just posted another video on my CF rear diffuser. Looks awesome with the tips...
