Downpipes and emissions

I would like to get downpipes for my car but I live in Maryland where I have to get emissions done every 2 years. My question is, is there anyone in a state that require emission check that have downpipes and pass emissions with no problem?

I just recently had my emissions done and the only thing the do is connect to the OBD port.

No one has ever asked this question before...I think you are the first person to run into this scenario!

Yes you can pass without any kittens as long as you can get the car into OB2 ready state, they don't do a physical inspection, and you aren't throwing any codes.

Put a 1/4 gallon of denatured alcohol in with a little over a 1/4 tank of gas. Drive around hard for a good 10-15 min then hit the inspection station. Should pass the sniffer with flying colors.
