Dinan or MPPK

Hey guys, just picked up a 2016 340i. I've been lurking on the threads but I couldnt find a post that went over this.
I was wondering on picking up the MPPK or the Dinan exhaust. I havent found anything that compares them. Has anyone seen or heard both? and what do you guys prefer?
Another thing that I am thinking about, with the MPPK would a dinan tune or jb4 cancel it or just add to it?

Loving my MPPSK! In comfort car is civilized and in Sport/Sport+ it's a screaming beast. I suspect aftermarket tunes will add to MPPSK, how much I can't say. Others are better qualified to answer that question and I'm sure we will hear from them but as far as I can tell none of the aftermarket tuners have addressed this question directly.

In performance they will likely be similar once Stage 1 comes out in Q1 17. Both tunes with be "conservative" well within the limits of the engine. The MPPsk is a better product but you pay for it. You're also pigeon-holed into one exhaust. I got the MPE way before MPPSK came out so Dinan S1 seems like a safe way to add more fun. Both will be good options but I would side with BMW products even if they are more expensive

In the past (N55) Dinan released a specific version of their Dinantronics Elite product meant to stack on top of the MPPK. I'm hoping that will be true with the MPPSK on the B58 as well.

Doesn't really help the OP other than to say the both is an option if you want to throw a decent chunk of dough at this.

I will say that the exhaust that comes with the MPPSK is a work of art. The shop that did my susoension was marveling at the quality of the welds and the light weight of the whole system.

Well if Dinan made it stack on the N55, hopefully they'll make it stack on the B58. Any word if JB4 stacks on top? I'm going to go in on monday and see what I can do on the MPPSK

I just got my 440 MPPK this weekend and holy shit I love it. The sound is unbelievable some people complain it's not loud enough but it screams. I would get MPPK and if you want more power stack a tune

See post #29 for the word on stacking, looks like it will stack OK provided there is enough headroom under the fuel cap. My GUESS is this would apply to JB4 as well. http://f30.bimmerpost.com/forums/sho...1327794&page=2

Is this Dinan tune similar to jb in that it is undetectable if removed before dealer work? Anyone have it with a MPPK?

Get the MPPKS for now. You can always consider other options later on if you feel you want more.

Just had the dinan exhaust put on yesterday. Phone doesn't do it justice. Sounds great not over the top for daily driving
