wheel hop?

i have a 328xi and over bumps, usually while i am turning, i feel like i lose control of the car for a second. is that normal? is that wheel hop? anyone else have this problem and know what can fix it?

If the feeling you're getting is a loose rear end, like it wobbles or side steps, yes its normal for an aged suspension.

If all your control arm bushings are ok, its the chassis bouncing around on the subframe bushings. Changing to M subframe bushings will get rid of the wobble

If your tires are bouncing across bumps, your DTC may be kicking in. This happens all the time on snow or slippery surfaces. Try turning off the DTC and oging through the same corners as a test.
