The tips are in great shape and less than a month old... they WILL fit the stock exhaust WITH OR without the aftermarket diffuser. fully adjustable to your liking. they will not fit the MPE exhaust.

Would I still need to use the extenders for the stock exhaust if I have the m diffuser (extenders would require me to cut the stock pipes right now)?

You don't have to use the extenders with these. No cutting involved

the look feel and quality is identical to the OEM part... honestly it looks like an extension was added to the back to fit the stock exhaust.
