Greyhound shipping for exhaust

I recently bought an exhaust and got it shipped across the country thru greyhound express. It's been almost 2 weeks and greyhound hasn't called me yet to pick up my package. Any of you guys have good/bad experiences with greyhound express?

I have shipped bumpers on Greyhound and had nothing but good experiences. Nothing ever took two weeks, I have shipped to Cali and Maryland from Texas.

I did call them but since their tracking numbers aren't anything like UPS or Fedex, it's borderline useless.

Definitely nerve racking man, i hope paypal will cover my ass if not. I always do buyer protection because of these situations.
