Shark fin

Does anyone know if the shark fin is attached via a bolt or simply adhesive?

Adhesive, then the actual antenna is bolted to the roof.

So If you wanted a Black one or wanted to wrap it or the roof, you'd have to get busy with the dental floss.

Hey guys. I figured I would give you guys an update.

Dental floss did not work. The adhesive that binds the shark fun to the roof is very tough; not the usual double sided tape. The dental floss kept breaking and so did fishing line. I ended up taping around the antenna's edge and the roof and used a #11 blade to carefully cut through the rubber adhesive.

Also 3m adhesive remover did not work well on the shark fin to dissolve the adhesive.
