newbie question

so Im deciding to buy new tires tires and rims for my 2009 335xi coupe. I did some research to help me out with sizing a little bit, but i still would like a second opinion just to verify everything will be okay with the setup i want to go with and what are some of your opinions on the rims and tires im going with this will be summer rims and tires and ill switch out to OEM 17 inch rims and tires for winter. so im looking at getting some O.Z. racing rims the formula hlt to be exact in matte gray to match on my monaco blue 335xi im thinking 18s should be pretty decent as far as performance and the look i want. my question is if i buy the 18x8 rims and try to put on 245/40r18 potenza's RE 71rs would everything be fine as far as when i lower the car with h&r lowering springs or would they rub when the car has been lowered any advice you guy have from personal experience would be much appreciated thanks.
