Have no fear!

Well, it's taken me roughly 3 years of research with the diesel, but I may have finally found a list of upgrades for the diesels. I just recently came across a full intake system that's brand new on the market made by AFE. So, if we can (hopefully) get the tune from Dinan, we may could start getting some respectable numbers with upgrades.

I've known that Wagner makes a bigger FMIC for these cars, but that's about all I've been able to find. But I've done some digging on some of the European websites and have found that there is a aftermarket, turbo back exhaust available as well. Super sprint makes a DPF delete downpipe as well as a straight pipe exhaust system with different configurations for tailpipe. We still won't be able to run a dual tailpipe exhaust due to the DEF tank, but there are still systems I believe will work. I just have to get my car on a lift and see where the DEF port is to see how compatible each part of the exhaust will be.

No, my mod money has dried up for a little while until I can get some other stuff paid off. First thing on the list when I can start buying stuff again will probably be the Dinan piggyback though.

When you say we still can't run a dual tailpipe exhaust, do you mean a true dual exhaust? as in two pipes, cause i just ordered the supersprint exhaust with quad tips:

http://www.supersprint.com/ww-en/bmw...t-oo80.aspx#!/

It is of course not a true dual exhaust. will i have a problem installing this on my us spec 328d?

**EDIT: just did some research and i guess there is clearance issue due to the tank being there. just emailed supersprint/turner to confirm if this issue will cause a problem or not with their exhaust.. stay tuned.

Yeah, someone awhile back tried to order one and that's when we find out about the clearance issue with the DEF tank. Pretty much the best we can do is swapping over to a dual tip from a 328i.

Intercooler will lower intake temps whether the car is tuned or stock
That being said, you probably will not notice any peformance difference unless car is tuned

I'm down, I live in Texas, so I'm sure my car could actually benefit from the upgraded intercooler.

Dinan piggyback is coming relatively soon, so it'll work even better.
