2014 428 convertible or 2013 6 series grand coupe

2014 428 convertible $38k (still has warranty) or 2013 6 series grand coupe 55k miles $33k (no warranty). I love having a convertible but the 6 series is so sleek and beautiful. I will decide tomorrow.....what do you guys think?

Have to pay to play. Great looking car but You have to be okay with paying for repairs on a 6 series. typically the higher series you get the less reliable they are. 3/4>5/6>7

Personally, I have a 2014 435i coupe and I love it, drove a 650 before but never really enjoyed it, feels way too big and heavy. You should see if you could test drive them both

Texas, where it's too hot to put the top down for 6 months out of the year - unless you like driving around after 10PM when it gets back down to 90 degrees or so (85 if you're in North TX).

I had a 640i GC to drive for a week as a loaner because my 335i was late coming in to the dealership from the port. You immediately notice the extra weight, although it did ride and handle quite nicely. I liked the 20-way adjustable comfort seats - even had power headrests!

Depends on whether you like a big and heavy car, although the legroom in the rear seats is about the same for both. You can get an aftermarket warranty for the 6, although it's probably not going to be that much more to maintain than a 3- or 4-series.

No warranty is bothering me.....the 6 series is person looks really good. Tough call.....I might just take my chances and get the 6 series.
