'07 328xi wheel upgrade

Hey all, I've got an '07 328xi and am looking to upgrade the stock 156 wheels. I'm looking at the 17" 161's. Anyone else running these on an xi? Any problems with understeer since the rear wheels are .5" wider?

I'm thinking of going with the 8.5" rear wheels both front and back for a squared set up. Anyone else take this approach? Are the 8.5" rear wheels too wide for the front?

Cheers!

will be fine. you can order the 18" wheel upgrade for the xi from the factory and thats a staggered setup.

The Style 161 wheels are a factory option from BMW so it will work without any issues.

Thanks for the replies.

I guess my main concern is that the factory setup is staggered (8" front and 8.5" rear), but I want to run a squared setup (8.5" front and rear). Will 8.5" wheels be too wide in the front? I'm guessing no, but wanted to confirm.
