Removal/replacement of trunk lid - guide?

Googling didn't help too much, so here goes. My current trunk lid (sedan) is dented from a parking mishap (by the wife ). Dent repair guy said it can't be fixed, so am looking at swapping the entire trunk lid. Ebay prices seem reasonable for a lid without any liner, trim or lights.

This would involve removing all the electrics/lights and liner/trim from the current lid, dismounting it and mounting all onto the new lid.

Does anyone have a guide on removing the entire trunk lid and putting in a new one? I'm worried about two things:
- getting the wiring safely out (incl. rear camera and comfort access)
- getting the new trunk to fit and line up correctly and close properly

thanks.

Bumping this in the hope of a reply ... have nowhere found a video or instructions on how to remove the trunk lid. Can't be this doesn't exist?
